February 12, 2024: Omaha, NE 68130 The Sioux City East Black Raiders basketball team (Sioux City, IA), was toppled 59-43 in Monday's non-league battle with the host Skutt Catholic SkyHawks (Omaha, NE)
The SkyHawks now possess a 21-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Mercy for a B District 3 battle on Tuesday, February 13. Skutt Catholic will confront a Monarchs team coming off a 41-40 non-league win over Brownell Talbot (Omaha, NE). The Monarchs record now stands at 7-12.
The Black Raiders (16-6) will now prepare for their battle against Ames (Ames, IA). The Little Cyclones come into the non-league battle with a 13-9 record. In their last battle, Ames was toppled by Mason City (Mason City, IA), 63-39, in a non-league battle.
