February 12, 2024: Spurger, TX 77660 Fans at Monday's non-league challenge between the Slocum Mustangs (Elkhart, TX) and the host Spurger Pirates (Spurger, TX), saw Slocum's basketball squad wallop Spurger by a count of 55-17.
With the victory, Slocum upgrades its record to 20-12 on the campaign. The Mustangs travel to Milford (Milford, TX) to play the Bulldogs in a non-league challenge on Thursday, February 15. The Bulldogs come into the challenge with a record of 17-4. Milford won 67-25 in their recent non-league challenge against Gholson (Waco, TX)
