In Wednesday's non-league contest, the host Wilson Wildcats basketball team scored a big 65-36 win over the San Jacinto Leadership Academy Lions.

The Wildcats (17-12) will now prepare for their contest against Newport Christian (Newport Beach, CA). The Seahawks come into the non-league contest with a 17-4 record. In their last contest, Newport Christian smashed California School for the Deaf-Riverside (Riverside, CA), 71-61, in a non-league contest.
