Colorado High School Basketball - Custer County tipped by Vail Christian
February 12, 2025: Edwards, CO 81632 In Wednesday's non-league game, the Vail Christian Saints (Edwards, CO) basketball team nudged the visiting Custer County Bobcats (Westcliffe, CO), by a margin of 28-26.
The Saints now have a 4-9 record. They play next when they host North Park for a 2A/1A Western Slope game on Saturday, February 15. Vail Christian will confront a Wildcats team coming off a 31-27 league loss to Caprock Academy (Grand Junction, CO). The Wildcats record now stands at 2-13.
With the loss, Custer County falls to 7-11 on the campaign. The Bobcats travel to Sargent (Monte Vista, CO) to confront the Farmers in a non-league game on Friday, February 14. The Farmers go into the game with a record of 12-4. Sargent won 65-14 in their recent non-league game against Dolores (Dolores, CO)
