The Jay Mustangs softball team scored 19 runs and held the visiting Martin Tigers to 0 in the Mustangs non-league win on Thursday.

The Mustangs now own a 2-2 record. They take the field next when they host Providence Catholic for a non-league challenge on Thursday, February 12.

The Tigers (0-4) will now prepare for their challenge against Alexander (Laredo, TX). The Bulldogs go into the non-league challenge with a 1-1 record. In their last challenge, Alexander was routed by Somerset (Somerset, TX), 5-3, in a non-league challenge.
