Wisconsin High School Basketball - Barron topped by Baldwin-Woodville
February 13, 2023: Baldwin, WI 54002 The Baldwin-Woodville Blackhawks basketball team scored 59 points and restricted the visiting Barron Golden Bears to 42 in the Blackhawks non-league victory on Monday.
The Blackhawks now sport a 15-5 record. They put it on the line next when they host St. Croix Central for a Middle Border contest on Friday, February 17. Baldwin-Woodville will battle a Panthers team coming off a 67-62 league loss to Osceola (Osceola, WI). The Panthers record now stands at 10-9.
The Golden Bears (6-16) will now prepare for their contest against Spooner (Spooner, WI). The Rails come into the Heart O'North contest with a 2-18 record. In their last contest, Spooner dropped by Hayward (Hayward, WI), 43-42, in a league contest.
