New Jersey High School Basketball - Watchung Hills Regional knocked off by Morris Catholic
February 13, 2023: Warren, NJ 07059 The Morris Catholic Crusaders basketball team scored 76 points and held the host Watchung Hills Regional Warriors to 59 in the Crusaders non-league triumph on Monday.
The Crusaders now sport a 13-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Absegami for a non-league contest on Wednesday, February 15. Morris Catholic will meet a Braves team coming off a 65-45 non-league loss to Barnegat (Barnegat, NJ). The Braves record now stands at 16-7.
The Warriors (12-10) will now prepare for their contest against Gill St. Bernard's (Gladstone, NJ). The Knights enter the non-league contest with a 12-4 record. In their last contest, Gill St. Bernard's ran past Patrick School (Hillside, NJ), 81-62, in a non-league contest.
