Delaware High School Basketball - Odyssey Charter trounces Sussex Academy
February 13, 2023: Georgetown, DE 19947 The Odyssey Charter Owls (Wilmington, DE) basketball crushed the host Sussex Academy Seahawks (Georgetown, DE), 89-43 in Monday's non-league test.
The Owls (8-7) will now prepare for their test against MOT Charter (Middletown, DE). The Mustangs go into the non-league test with a 7-11 record. In their last test, MOT Charter walloped Freire Charter School Wilmington (Wilmington, DE), 70-40, in a non-league test.
The Seahawks now own a 0-18 record. They play next when they travel to Early College for a Henlopen - Southern test on Wednesday, February 15. Sussex Academy will encounter a Hornets squad coming off a 59-38 league loss to Lake Forest (Felton, DE). The Hornets record now stands at 3-13.
