February 13, 2023: Waukesha, WI 53186 The Waukesha South Blackshirts (Waukesha, WI) basketball felled the visiting Port Washington Pirates (Port Washington, WI), 79-62 in Monday's non-league test.
The Blackshirts (11-10) will now prepare for their test against Mukwonago (Mukwonago, WI). The Indians go into the Classic Eight test with a 9-11 record. In their last test, Mukwonago was beaten by Arrowhead (Hartland, WI), 76-64, in a league test.
The Pirates now own a 7-15 record. They play next when they host Nicolet for a North Shore test on Friday, February 17. Port Washington will encounter a Knights squad coming off a 64-57 league loss to Whitefish Bay (Whitefish Bay, WI). The Knights record now stands at 19-3.
