Michigan High School Basketball - Munising overwhelms Pickford
February 13, 2023: Munising, MI 49862 Fans at Monday's non-league challenge between the Munising Mustangs (Munising, MI) and the visiting Pickford Panthers (Pickford, MI), saw Munising's basketball squad wallop Pickford by a tally of 42-20.
With the victory, Munising improves its record to 12-5 on the campaign. The Mustangs travel to Stephenson (Stephenson, MI) to play the Eagles in a Skyline challenge on Wednesday, February 15. The Eagles come into the challenge with a record of 8-9. Stephenson lost 50-45 in their recent non-league challenge against Carney-Nadeau (Carney, MI)
Next up, the Panthers play the Rudyard Bulldogs (Rudyard, MI) in a Eastern Upper Peninsula challenge, on Thursday, February 16. Pickford will attempt to improve on its 6-11 season record. The Bulldogs come into the challenge with a 1-17 record after their 53-15 non-league loss to Cheboygan (Cheboygan, MI).
