February 13, 2023: Atlanta, GA 30327 The Southwest DeKalb Panthers soccer team (Decatur, GA), was overwhelmed 10-0 in Monday's league outing with the host Westminster Wildcats (Atlanta, GA)
With the win, Westminster advances its record to 5-1 on the campaign. The Wildcats travel to Stone Mountain (Stone Mountain, GA) to battle the Pirates in a 4A Area 6 outing on Friday, February 17. The Pirates go into the outing with a record of 1-2. Stone Mountain lost 4-0 in their recent non-league outing against Cross Keys (Atlanta, GA)
In their next game, the Panthers battle the Mundy's Mill Tigers (Jonesboro, GA) in a non-league outing, on Wednesday, February 15. Southwest DeKalb will attempt to advance on its 1-3 season record. The Tigers go into the outing with a 2-1 record after their 5-2 non-league win over North Clayton (College Park, GA).
