Minnesota High School Basketball - St. Peter fells Belle Plaine
February 13, 2024: St. Peter, MN 56082 St. Peter Saints (St. Peter, MN) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting Belle Plaine Tigers (Belle Plaine, MN), 83-71 in a non-league bout.
With the win, St. Peter upgrades its record to 12-10 on the season. The Saints travel to Hutchinson (Hutchinson, MN) to play the Tigers in a AAA Section 2 bout on Thursday, February 15. The Tigers go into the bout with a record of 14-7. Hutchinson lost 91-76 in their recent league bout against New Ulm (New Ulm, MN)
Next up, the Tigers play the Central Raiders (Norwood-Young America, MN) in a AA Section 2 bout, on Thursday, February 15. Belle Plaine will attempt to upgrade on its 17-5 season record. The Raiders go into the bout with a 8-17 record after their 62-56 league win over Waterville-Elysian-Morristown (Waterville, MN).
