Arkansas High School Basketball - Benton nudges Lake Hamilton
February 13, 2024: Benton, AR 72015 Benton Panthers (Benton, AR) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the visiting Lake Hamilton Wolves (Pearcy, AR), 72-68 in a league bout.
With the win, Benton upgrades its record to 23-4 on the season. The Panthers travel to Sheridan (Sheridan, AR) to clash with the Yellowjackets in a 5A South bout on Friday, February 16. The Yellowjackets go into the bout with a record of 13-11. Sheridan lost 54-44 in their recent league bout against White Hall (White Hall, AR)
Next up, the Wolves clash with the El Dorado Wildcats (El Dorado, AR) in a 5A South bout, on Friday, February 16. Lake Hamilton will attempt to upgrade on its 19-7 season record. The Wildcats go into the bout with a 6-15 record after their 60-49 league loss to Hot Springs (Hot Springs, AR).
