Buckley Griffins (Sherman Oaks, CA) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the host Hoover Tornados (Glendale, CA), 42-41 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Buckley upgrades its record to 19-10 on the season. The Griffins travel to El Segundo (El Segundo, CA) to clash with the Eagles in a non-league bout on Friday, February 16. The Eagles go into the bout with a record of 22-9. El Segundo won 66-52 in their recent non-league bout against Trinity Classical Academy (Valencia, CA)
