The Covenant Christian Chargers basketball team scored 61 points and restricted the host Mason County Central Spartans to 49 in the Chargers non-league victory on Tuesday.

The Chargers now sport a 12-8 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Potter's House Christian for a non-league contest on Friday, February 16. Covenant Christian will battle a Pumas team coming off a 55-42 league loss to Zion Christian (Byron Center, MI). The Pumas record now stands at 3-16.

The Spartans (9-11) will now prepare for their contest against Ravenna (Ravenna, MI). The Bulldogs come into the Western Michigan Lakes - Rivers contest with a 9-10 record. In their last contest, Ravenna dropped by Hart (Hart, MI), 48-43, in a league contest.
