Ohio High School Basketball - Tallmadge nips Woodridge
February 13, 2024: Peninsula, OH 44264 Fans at Tuesday's non-league challenge between the Tallmadge Blue Devils (Tallmadge, OH) and the host Woodridge Bulldogs (Peninsula, OH), saw Tallmadge's basketball squad hold off Woodridge by a tally of 64-60.
With the victory, Tallmadge improves its record to 7-14 on the campaign. The Blue Devils travel to Revere (Richfield, OH) to play the Minutemen in a Suburban - American challenge on Friday, February 16. The Minutemen come into the challenge with a record of 13-8. Revere lost 60-56 in their recent league challenge against Barberton (Barberton, OH)
Next up, the Bulldogs play the Field Falcons (Mogadore, OH) in a Metro challenge, on Friday, February 16. Woodridge will attempt to improve on its 8-13 season record. The Falcons come into the challenge with a 4-17 record after their 71-43 non-league loss to Crestwood (Mantua, OH).
