February 13, 2024: Ypsilanti, MI 48197 The Edison Academy Pioneers (Detroit, MI) basketball felled the host Arbor Prep Gators (Ypsilanti, MI), 58-46 in Tuesday's non-league test.
The Pioneers (22-2) will now prepare for their test against Mt. Clemens (Mt. Clemens, MI). The Battling Bathers go into the non-league test with a 10-6 record. In their last test, Mt. Clemens thwarted Lincoln-King Academy (Detroit, MI), 41-39, in a non-league test.
The Gators now own a 14-3 record. They play next when they travel to Detroit Country Day for a non-league test on Thursday, February 15. Arbor Prep will encounter a Yellowjackets squad coming off a 47-45 non-league win over Carroll (Dayton, OH). The Yellowjackets record now stands at 13-5.
