Kansas High School Basketball - Elyria Christian nips Berean Academy
February 13, 2024: Elbing, KS 67041 Elyria Christian (McPherson, KS) backers were pleased Tuesday as they saw their basketball squad hold off the host Berean Academy Warriors (Elbing, KS), 29-24 in a non-league bout.
With the victory, Elyria Christian upgrades its record to 13-6 on the campaign. The host Marion (Marion, KS) to play the Warriors in a non-league bout on Friday, February 16. The Warriors come into the bout with a record of 7-11. Marion won 59-47 in their recent non-league bout against Trinity (Hutchinson, KS)
Next up, the Warriors play the Moundridge Wildcats (Moundridge, KS) in a Heart of America bout, on Friday, February 16. Berean Academy will attempt to upgrade on its 14-3 season record. The Wildcats come into the bout with a 15-3 record after their 57-48 league win over Remington (Whitewater, KS).
