February 13, 2024: Paris, KY 40361 In Tuesday's non-league outing, the Bracken County Polar Bears (Brooksville, KY) basketball squad beat the host Bourbon County Colonels (Paris, KY), by a margin of 42-34.
The Polar Bears (14-11) will now prepare for their outing against Harrison County (Cynthiana, KY). The Thorobreds go into the non-league outing with a 9-19 record. In their last outing, Harrison County was topped by Augusta (Augusta, KY), 54-41, in a non-league outing.
The Colonels now own a 7-18 record. They play next when they host Montgomery County for a District 40 outing on Friday, February 16. Bourbon County will clash with a Indians squad coming off a 67-63 non-league loss to Franklin County (Frankfort, KY). The Indians record now stands at 16-8.
