Bronson Vikings (Bronson, MI) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the host Portage Northern Huskies (Portage, MI), 55-25 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Bronson upgrades its record to 12-4 on the season. The Vikings travel to Concord (Concord, MI) to clash with the Yellowjackets in a Big 8 bout on Thursday, February 15. The Yellowjackets go into the bout with a record of 13-3. Concord won 61-32 in their recent non-league bout against Sand Creek (Sand Creek, MI)

Next up, the Huskies clash with the St. Joseph Bears (St. Joseph, MI) in a Southwestern Michigan - West bout, on Thursday, February 15. Portage Northern will attempt to upgrade on its 0-16 season record. The Bears go into the bout with a 4-11 record after their 41-35 league loss to Mattawan (Mattawan, MI).
