Fans at Tuesday's non-league challenge between the Helix Highlanders (La Mesa, CA) and the visiting Otay Ranch Mustangs (Chula Vista, CA), saw Helix's basketball squad overcome Otay Ranch by a tally of 53-33.

With the victory, Helix improves its record to 19-7 on the campaign. The Highlanders travel to Francis Parker (San Diego, CA) to confront the Lancers in a non-league challenge on Friday, February 16. The Lancers come into the challenge with a record of 17-9. Francis Parker won 80-13 in their recent non-league challenge against Monte Vista (Spring Valley, CA)
