South Dakota High School Basketball - Wessington Springs crushes Kimball/White Lake
February 13, 2024: Kimball, SD 57355 Wessington Springs Spartans (Wessington Springs, SD) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the host Kimball/White Lake Wildkats (Kimball, SD), 58-37 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Wessington Springs upgrades its record to 15-4 on the season. The Spartans travel to James Valley Christian (Huron, SD) to play the Vikings in a non-league bout on Friday, February 16. The Vikings go into the bout with a record of 13-5. James Valley Christian won 54-39 in their recent non-league bout against Sanborn Central/Woonsocket (Forestburg, SD)
Next up, the Wildkats play the Andes Central/Dakota Christian (Lake Andes, SD) in a non-league bout, on Thursday, February 15. Kimball/White Lake will attempt to upgrade on its 9-9 season record. The go into the bout with a 10-9 record after their 48-37 non-league win over Menno (Menno, SD).
