Kansas High School Basketball - Stanton County knocked off by Wichita County

The Wichita County Indians basketball team scored 63 points and held the visiting Stanton County Trojans to 50 in the Indians league triumph on Tuesday.

The Indians now sport a 18-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Wallace County for a non-league contest on Friday, February 16. Wichita County will meet a Wildcats team coming off a 57-29 non-league win over Syracuse (Syracuse, KS). The Wildcats record now stands at 16-2.

The Trojans (10-8) will now prepare for their contest against Sublette (Sublette, KS). The Larks enter the non-league contest with a 0-19 record. In their last contest, Sublette was defeated by Syracuse (Syracuse, KS), 49-31, in a non-league contest.
