The David City Scouts (David City, NE) basketball were winner over the host Madison Dragons (Madison, NE), 56-43 in Thursday's non-league bout.

The Scouts now possess a 4-16 record. They play next when they host Wilber-Clatonia for a non-league bout on Friday, February 14. David City will play a Wolverines team coming off a 50-40 non-league loss to Sutton (Sutton, NE). The Wolverines record now stands at 11-11.

With the loss, Madison falls to 7-14 on the campaign. The Dragons travel to Wisner-Pilger (Wisner, NE) to play the Gators in a non-league bout on Friday, February 21.
