February 13, 2025: Tecumseh, NE 68540 The Mount Michael Benedictine Knights (Elkhorn, NE) basketball edged the host Johnson County Central Thunderbirds (Tecumseh, NE), 61-58 in Thursday's non-league outing.
Next, the Knights clash with the Gretna East Griffins (Gretna, NE) in a B District 2 outing, on Friday, February 14. Mount Michael Benedictine will attempt to upgrade on its 12-7 season record. The Griffins enter the outing with a 14-6 record after their 86-48 non-league win over Blair (Blair, NE).
The Thunderbirds (16-7) will now prepare for their outing against Auburn (Auburn, NE). The Bulldogs enter the non-league outing with a 17-4 record. In their last outing, Auburn was nipped by Lincoln Lutheran (Lincoln, NE), 61-49, in a non-league outing.
