Illinois High School Basketball - Lake Forest Academy victorious over North Chicago
February 13, 2025: Lake Forest, IL 60045 In Thursday's non-league contest, the host Lake Forest Academy Caxys basketball team scored a good 68-51 triumph over the North Chicago Warhawks.
The Caxys (22-5) will now prepare for their contest against Saint Viator (Arlington Heights, IL). The Lions go into the non-league contest with a 21-8 record. In their last contest, Saint Viator topped Taft (Chicago, IL), 58-38, in a non-league contest.
In their next game, the Warhawks battle the Round Lake Panthers (Round Lake, IL) in a Northern Lake County contest, on Friday, February 14. North Chicago will attempt to better on its 9-20 season record. The Panthers go into the contest with a 1-23 record after their 74-43 non-league loss to Streamwood (Streamwood, IL).
