Kansas High School Basketball - Plainville holds off Thomas More Prep-Marian
February 13, 2025: Hays, KS 67601 In Thursday's league contest, the visiting Plainville Cardinals basketball team scored a close 76-70 triumph over the Thomas More Prep-Marian Monarchs.
The Cardinals (11-6) will now prepare for their contest against Hoxie (Hoxie, KS). The Indians go into the Mid-Continent contest with a 11-6 record. In their last contest, Hoxie was tipped by Trego (WaKeeney, KS), 59-55, in a league contest.
In their next game, the Monarchs confront the Phillipsburg Panthers (Phillipsburg, KS) in a Mid-Continent contest, on Friday, February 14. Thomas More Prep-Marian will attempt to better on its 9-9 season record. The Panthers go into the contest with a 7-12 record after their 75-41 non-league loss to Alma (Alma, NE).
