February 13, 2025: Danville, KY 40422 The Cumberland County Panthers (Burkesville, KY) basketball were winner over the host Boyle County Rebels (Danville, KY), 47-32 in Thursday's non-league bout.
The Panthers now possess a 17-6 record. They play next when they host Glasgow for a non-league bout on Tuesday, February 18. Cumberland County will play a Scotties team coming off a 65-38 non-league loss to Campbellsville (Campbellsville, KY). The Scotties record now stands at 3-18.
With the loss, Boyle County falls to 11-10 on the campaign. The Rebels travel to Danville Christian Academy (Danville, KY) to play the Warriors in a District 45 bout on Saturday, February 15. The Warriors go into the bout with a record of 18-7. Danville Christian Academy lost 53-45 in their recent non-league bout against Cooper (Union, KY)
