Massachusetts High School Basketball - Winthrop routed by Cathedral
February 13, 2025: Boston, MA 02118 Cathedral Panthers (Boston, MA) supporters left the game satisfied Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad triumph over the visiting Winthrop Vikings (Winthrop, MA), 83-20 in a non-league match.
With the victory, Cathedral advances its record to 13-4 on the year.
The Vikings now own a 6-12 record. They put it on the line next when they host Manchester Essex for a non-league match on Tuesday, February 18. Winthrop will face a Hornets squad coming off a 33-30 non-league loss to Danvers (Danvers, MA). The Hornets record now stands at 3-7.
