Westwood Baptist Academy Eagles (Poplar Bluff, MO) supporters left the game satisfied Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad nudge the host Center Place Golden Eagles (Independence, MO), 38-33 in a non-league match.

With the victory, Westwood Baptist Academy advances its record to 13-4 on the year. The Eagles travel to Heritage Classical Christian Academy (Fenton, MO) to face the Hawks in a non-league match on Friday, February 14. The Hawks enter the match with a record of 16-2. Heritage Classical Christian Academy won 47-20 in their recent non-league match against Liberty Christian Academy (Wright City, MO)
