Wells Wells CSD (Wells, NY) supporters left the game happy Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad hold off the host Seton Catholic Central Knights (Plattsburgh, NY), 39-32 in a non-league match.

With the victory, Wells advances its record to 10-4 on the year.

The Knights now own a 10-9 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Chazy for a Section 7 Mountain and Valley II match on Friday, February 14. Seton Catholic Central will face a Eagles squad coming off a 51-29 league win over Keene Central (Keene Valley, NY). The Eagles record now stands at 10-8.
