Georgia High School Soccer - Dougherty toppled by Macon County
February 13, 2025: Albany, GA 31705 Macon County Bulldogs (Montezuma, GA) backers exited the stadium pleased Thursday as they witnessed their soccer team triumph over the host Dougherty Trojans (Albany, GA), 10-2 in a non-league test.
With the triumph, Macon County advances its record to 1-0 on the campaign. The Bulldogs host Dooly County (Vienna, GA) to clash with the Bobcats in a non-league test on Tuesday, February 18. The Bobcats come into the test with a record of 5-0. Dooly County won 3-1 in their recent non-league test against Rutland (Macon, GA)
The Trojans now have a 0-2 record. They take the field next when they host Jordan for a non-league test on Tuesday, February 18. Dougherty will clash with a Red Jackets team coming off a 5-1 non-league loss to Central (Phenix City, AL). The Red Jackets record now stands at 1-1.
