February 13, 2025: Floydada, TX 79235 The crowd at Thursday's non-league bout between the Floydada Whirlwinds (Floydada, TX) and the visiting Fort Stockton Panthers (Fort Stockton, TX), observed Floydada's softball team get by Fort Stockton by a final score of 2-1.
The Whirlwinds (1-0) will now prepare for their bout against Tascosa (Amarillo, TX). The Rebels go into the non-league bout with a 5-3 record. In their last bout, Tascosa tipped Tahoka (Tahoka, TX), 2-1, in a non-league bout.
