February 13, 2025: Grand Saline, TX 75140 The Hughes Springs Mustangs softball team scored 5 runs and held the host Grand Saline Indians to 1 in the Mustangs non-league win on Thursday.
The Mustangs now sport a 2-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Winnsboro for a non-league battle on Friday, February 14. Hughes Springs will confront a Raiders team coming off a 6-2 non-league loss to Arp (Arp, TX). The Raiders record now stands at 0-1.
With the loss, Grand Saline moves to 3-1 on the season. The Indians host Winnsboro (Winnsboro, TX) to confront the Raiders in a non-league battle on Thursday, February 13.
