Louisiana High School Basketball - LaGrange fells Leesville
February 13, 2026: Lake Charles, LA 70607 The LaGrange Gators basketball team scored 54 points and limited the visiting Leesville Wampus Cats to 46 in the Gators league triumph on Friday.
The Gators now have a 16-14 record. They play next when they travel to St. Louis Catholic for a non-league game on Monday, February 16. LaGrange will confront a Saints team coming off a 73-36 league win over Jennings (Jennings, LA). The Saints record now stands at 15-11.
With the loss, Leesville falls to 9-14 on the campaign. The Wampus cats travel to Hicks (Leesville, LA) to face the Pirates in a non-league outing on Monday, February 16. The Pirates enter the outing with a record of 20-11. Hicks lost 89-84 in their recent league outing against Pitkin (Pitkin, LA)
