The Texas Wind softball team scored 9 runs and held the host Benbrook Bobcats to 8 in the non-league win on Friday.

The now sport a 3-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Tolar for a non-league battle on Saturday, February 14. Texas Wind will encounter a Rattlers team coming off a 13-0 non-league win over De Leon (De Leon, TX). The Rattlers record now stands at 2-0.

With the loss, Benbrook drops to 2-3 on the campaign. The Bobcats travel to Whitney (Whitney, TX) to meet the Wildcats in a non-league test on Saturday, February 14. The Wildcats go into the test with a record of 0-1. Whitney lost 5-4 in their recent non-league test against De Leon (De Leon, TX)
