The Panthers now sport a 5-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Angleton for a non-league outing on Saturday, February 14. Midway will encounter a Wildcats team coming off a 8-0 non-league win over Springtown (Springtown, TX). The Wildcats record now stands at 2-1.
With the loss, Katy moves to 3-1 on the season. The Tigers travel to Cinco Ranch (Katy, TX) to encounter the Cougars in a 6A Region III District 19 bout on Tuesday, February 17. The Cougars go into the bout with a record of 4-2. Cinco Ranch lost 9-1 in their recent non-league bout against Fulshear (Fulshear, TX)
