New York High School Basketball - Goshen Central nips New Paltz
February 14, 2022: Goshen, NY 10924 Goshen Central Gladiators (Goshen, NY) backers were pleased Monday as they saw their basketball squad hold off the visiting New Paltz Huguenots (New Paltz, NY), 48-45 in a non-league bout.
With the victory, Goshen Central upgrades its record to 10-5 on the campaign. The Gladiators host Sullivan West (Lake Huntington, NY) to play the Bulldogs in a non-league bout on Tuesday, February 15. The Bulldogs come into the bout with a record of 0-0.
Next up, the Huguenots play the Chester Hambletonians (Chester, NY) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, February 15. New Paltz will attempt to upgrade on its 1-6 season record. The Hambletonians come into the bout with a 2-1 record after their 34-9 non-league win over Valley Central (Montgomery, NY).
