In Tuesday's non-league match, the visiting Belle Fourche Broncs basketball team scored a decisive 62-34 triumph over the Newcastle Dogies.

In their next game, the Broncs meet the Faith Longhorns (Faith, SD) in a non-league match, on Friday, February 17. Belle Fourche will attempt to better on its 7-11 season record. The Longhorns enter the match with a 17-1 record after their 77-38 league win over Lemmon (Lemmon, SD).

With the defeat, Newcastle moves to 2-15 on the year. The Dogies travel to Douglas (Douglas, WY) to meet the Bearcats in a 3A Southeast match on Thursday, February 16.
