South Dakota High School Basketball - Chamberlain edges Hanson
February 14, 2023: Chamberlain, SD 57325 The Chamberlain Cubs (Chamberlain, SD) basketball nipped the visiting Hanson Beavers (Alexandria, SD), 67-62 in Tuesday's league test.
The Cubs (6-12) will now prepare for their test against Miller (Miller, SD). The Rustlers go into the non-league test with a 8-9 record. In their last test, Miller got by Potter County co-op [Gettysburg/Hoven] (Gettysburg, SD), 86-60, in a non-league test.
The Beavers now own a 12-7 record. They play next when they travel to Corsica/Stickney for a non-league test on Friday, February 17. Hanson will encounter a Jaguars squad coming off a 46-45 league loss to Tripp-Delmont/Armour (Armour, SD). The Jaguars record now stands at 6-10.
