February 14, 2023: Westcliffe, CO 81252 The Custer County Bobcats (Westcliffe, CO) basketball nipped the visiting Pikes Peak Christian Eagles (Colorado Springs, CO), 1-0 in Tuesday's non-league test.
The Bobcats (13-4) will now prepare for their test against Crested Butte (Crested Butte, CO). The Titans go into the non-league test with a 8-9 record. In their last test, Crested Butte was tipped by Monte Vista (Monte Vista, CO), 53-39, in a league test.
The Eagles now own a 10-6 record. They play next when they host Hanover for a non-league test on Thursday, February 16. Pikes Peak Christian will encounter a Hornets squad coming off a 42-40 league loss to Miami-Yoder (Rush, CO). The Hornets record now stands at 7-9.
