The North Platte Bulldogs (North Platte, NE) basketball crushed the host Gering Bulldogs (Gering, NE), 79-50 in Tuesday's non-league test.

The Bulldogs (14-7) will now prepare for their test against Elkhorn (Elkhorn, NE). The Antlers go into the non-league test with a 14-7 record. In their last test, Elkhorn walloped Roncalli Catholic (Omaha, NE), 60-55, in a non-league test.

The Bulldogs now own a 12-10 record. They play next when they travel to Scottsbluff for a B District 8 test on Friday, February 17. Gering will encounter a Bearcats squad coming off a 75-70 non-league win over McCook (McCook, NE). The Bearcats record now stands at 14-8.
