Kentucky High School Basketball - Hart County holds off Monroe County
February 14, 2023: Munfordville, KY 42765 Fans at Tuesday's non-league challenge between the Hart County Raiders (Munfordville, KY) and the visiting Monroe County Falcons (Tompkinsville, KY), saw Hart County's basketball squad hold off Monroe County by a tally of 63-59.
With the victory, Hart County improves its record to 14-10 on the campaign. The Raiders host Adair County (Columbia, KY) to confront the Indians in a non-league challenge on Friday, February 17. The Indians come into the challenge with a record of 7-13. Adair County won 75-56 in their recent non-league challenge against Caverna (Horse Cave, KY)
Next up, the Falcons confront the Warren East Raiders (Bowling Green, KY) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, February 16. Monroe County will attempt to improve on its 13-9 season record. The Raiders come into the challenge with a 5-19 record after their 58-40 non-league loss to Franklin-Simpson (Franklin, KY).
