With the victory, Monticello betters its record to 11-7 on the campaign. The Magic travel to St. Cloud Cathedral (St. Cloud, MN) to confront the Crusaders in a non-league bout on Thursday, February 16. The Crusaders go into the bout with a record of 6-4. St. Cloud Cathedral won 7-0 in their recent non-league bout against Lourdes (Rochester, MN)
The Patriots now have a 1-3 record. They take the field next when they host Detroit Lakes for a Mid-State bout on Friday, February 17. Pequot Lakes will confront a Lakers squad coming off a 5-1 non-league loss to Fergus Falls (Fergus Falls, MN). The Lakers record now stands at 3-1.
