Virginia High School Basketball - Cristo Rey ripped by Armstrong
February 14, 2023: Richmond, VA 23221 The Armstrong Wildcats basketball team scored 69 points and held the host Cristo Rey Royals to 21 in the Wildcats league triumph on Tuesday.
The Wildcats now sport a 8-11 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Thomas Jefferson for a non-league contest on Thursday, February 16.
The Royals (2-3) will now prepare for their contest against Veritas Collegiate Academy (Chesapeake, VA). The Spartans enter the contest with a 0-2 record. In their last contest, Veritas Collegiate Academy was routed by Walsingham Academy (Williamsburg, VA), 59-55, in a non-league contest.
