February 14, 2023: Snellville, GA 30078 South Gwinnett Comets (Snellville, GA) fans were thrilled Tuesday as they observed their soccer team knock off the visiting Loganville Red Devils (Loganville, GA), 3-1 in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Comets confront the Discovery Titans (Lawrenceville, GA) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, February 17. South Gwinnett will attempt to better on its 3-3 season record. The Titans enter the challenge with a 1-5 record after their 4-1 non-league win over Flowery Branch (Flowery Branch, GA).
The Red Devils now have a 1-3 record. They take the field next when they host Jefferson for a 5A Area 8 challenge on Thursday, February 16. Loganville will confront a Dragons team coming off a 4-0 non-league win over Oglethorpe County (Lexington, GA). The Dragons record now stands at 2-2.
