Missouri High School Basketball - Chilhowee ripped by Appleton City
February 14, 2024: Appleton City, MO 64724 The Appleton City Bulldogs basketball team scored 77 points and held the visiting Chilhowee Indians to 46 in the Bulldogs non-league triumph on Wednesday.
The Bulldogs now sport a 5-18 record. They put it on the line next when they host Adrian for a Western Missouri contest on Friday, February 16. Appleton City will meet a Blackhawks team coming off a 57-40 league win over Jasper (Jasper, MO). The Blackhawks record now stands at 16-3.
The Indians (3-18) will now prepare for their contest against Prairie Home (Prairie Home, MO). The Panthers enter the non-league contest with a 19-6 record. In their last contest, Prairie Home triumphed over Tuscumbia (Tuscumbia, MO), 87-63, in a non-league contest.
