Louisiana High School Baseball - Ouachita Christian defeats Byrd
February 14, 2025: Monroe, LA 71203 The Ouachita Christian Eagles (Monroe, LA) baseball trounced the visiting Byrd Yellow Jackets (Shreveport, LA), 11-4 in Friday's non-league challenge.
The Eagles now own a 2-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Captain Shreve for a non-league challenge on Friday, February 14. Ouachita Christian will clash with a Gators team coming off a 4-1 league loss to Airline (Bossier City, LA). The Gators record now stands at 2-2.
With the defeat, Byrd drops to 0-3 on the year. The Yellow jackets travel to Loyola College Prep (Shreveport, LA) to clash with the Flyers in a non-league challenge on Friday, February 14. The Flyers go into the challenge with a record of 2-1. Loyola College Prep lost 12-1 in their recent non-league challenge against Parkway (Bossier City, LA)
