February 14, 2025: Jonesboro, LA 71251 The Weston Wolves baseball team scored 15 runs and held the visiting Red River Bulldogs to 1 in the Wolves non-league win on Friday.
The Wolves now hold a 3-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Winnfield for a non-league test on Friday, February 14. Weston will play a Tigers team coming off a 10-2 non-league loss to Benton (Benton, LA). The Tigers record now stands at 0-1.
With the defeat, Red River drops to 2-2 on the year. The Bulldogs host Florien (Florien, LA) to play the Blackcats in a non-league test on Saturday, February 15. The Blackcats go into the test with a record of 1-0. Florien won 5-2 in their recent non-league test against Hornbeck (Hornbeck, LA)
