Beach Buccaneers (Beach, ND) boosters left the game satisfied Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad nudge the visiting Richardton-Taylor Raiders (Richardton, ND), 66-62 in a league match.

With the victory, Beach upgrades its record to 11-8 on the year. The Buccaneers travel to South Heart (South Heart, ND) to face the Eagles in a B District 7 match on Thursday, February 20. The Eagles enter the match with a record of 11-9.

The Raiders now sport a 5-12 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Washburn for a non-league match on Tuesday, February 18. Richardton-Taylor will face a Cardinals squad coming off a 64-46 league win over New Salem (New Salem, ND). The Cardinals record now stands at 14-5.
